How To Paste Blueback Posters
- Submerge the blueback poster in water for at least 45 minutes. Folding the poster to do this is acceptable.
- Mix your paste to the required consistency.
- Paste the wall/surface area where the poster will be applied.
- Affix the poster to the wall and align it as required.
- Paste over the front of the poster and ensure it is fully adhered, with all edges pressed down and pasted over.
- A broom can be used to apply paste both to the wall/surface and over the top of the poster.
- If tiling multiple sections, ensure the upper piece overlaps the lower poster so rain cannot get behind.

Yes. We can produce tiled panel sets for larger billboard and hoarding applications.
How long will it last?
The solvent ink used is highly resistant to weather, but some fading could happen after a few months depending on conditions. Adhesives may fail due to rain & wind especially if not installed in optimum dry weather. If saved in time, the same print can be re-pasted to repair the installation.
Can blueback be used in pavement sign boxes/other non-pasted uses?
Yes. It is a durable stock and can be used in sign boxes and framed display positions without paste.
